Sepacore® from BUCHI is a complete system for preparative chromatography with normal phase or reversed phase silica gel columns and cartridges.

The modular system can be adapted and extended at any time to accomodate a wide variety of both applications and sample sizes. Easy and intuitive operation make Sepacore® exceptionally user friendly.

The fully automated chromatography system including UV-detection, fraction collector, column valves and software amongst many more features can be built up according to your specific separation needs.

The SepacoreControl software let you control the entire chromatography system with your PC or laptop.

The SepacoreControl software allows the formation of precise binary or up to quaternary solvent gradients from 0% - 100% for total flow rates of 2.5 - 1000 ml/ min with a linearity of +/- 2%.
Calculation of time and solvent consumption helps you to plan and setup your separation.
