Easy to use Flash System - Configuration for your needs

Sepacore® from BUCHI is a system for flash chromatography with normal phase or reversed phase silica gel glass columns and cartridges.

The modular system can be adapted and extended at any time to accomodate a wide variety of both applications and sample sizes. Easy and intuitive operation make Sepacore® exceptionally user friendly.

It can be controlled directly on the system without the need of an additional computer. The chromatogram can either be recorded on a simple chart recorder or externaly on a independend computer.

Features:

  • Actual pressure indication
  • Easy programming of gradients
  • Flow rate up to 250 ml/min
  • Collecting of up to 240 fractions or volumes up to 12 Liter
  • Fraction collector for samples collection according to time, volume or peak

Gradient Pump System up to 10 or 50 bar (145  or 725 psi)

Enables a fast operation and easy programming. Depending on the pump module pressure ranges up to 10 or evan 50 bars are applicables. A large graphical display allows a quick and easy set up.

Unique Benefits

  • For reversed phase or normal phase separations due to the extended pressure range
  • Robust and pulsation free three piston pump for solvent delivery up to 50 bar/725 psi
  • High flow rate at high pressure resulting in fast and reproducible separations
  • Injections systems for quick and safe sample loading
  • Fits perfectly for cartridges as well glass columnd
  • Detectors for the precise analysis and controlling of the separation peak

Pump Manager C-615

Intelligent Control Unit to Pump Module C-601 or C-605 for demanding separations with mixing chamber and pressure sensor for precise regulation and control of pressure and flow rate. The intuitive setting and programming is done via an incremental encoder. An illuminated LCD-graphical display allows a generously indication of all parameters. The control of one or two pump modules, C-601 or C-605, allows formations of precise binary concentration gradients. Various input/outputs for 2 solvent valves for the selection of maximal 4 solvents and 2 level sensors for solvent control. Program and user preferences can be memorized. The Pump Manager C-615 calculates automatically time and solvent consumption.
