Pressurized solvent extraction - SpeedExtractor E-916/914
The SpeedExtractor applies elevated temperatures and pressures to extract compounds from solid and semi-solid samples with a minimum amount of solvent and in unprecedented speed.
The flexible sample volume and the wide range of process parameters make it possible to use the SpeedExtractor in a very wide range of applications: from trace analysis to quality control, from 1 ml to 120 ml sample size, with a simple or very complex matrix. It is mostly used in environmental and foodstuff analysis, for platics and their additives or to extract new actives in pharmaceutical and natural products.
Classical Food and Feed applications – Extraction Units E-812/816
The Extraction Units E-812/816 are designed for classical Food and Feed applications in real compliance with AOAC methods.
They are available as fully automated real class Soxhlet systems (E-812/816 Sox) or as Hot Extraction configurations (E-812/816 HE) to perform automated hot extractions according to Randall or Goldfisch.
4 extraction techniques in one unit – Extraction Systems B-811
The B-811 Extraction Systems are the most versatile classical extraction systems which allow you to perform four different extraction techniques in one unit: Soxhlet Standard, Soxhlet Warm, Hot Extraction or Continuous Flow. Each process is fully automated and individually controlled. It is also available as LSV setup for large sample volumes to determine traces of residues and contaminants in foodstuff, forage, soil, and plant tissue.
Access to matrix bound fat – Hydrolysis Units B-411, E-416
The Hydrolysis Units B-411 and E-416 provide a safe and fast acid digestion handling for multiple samples at the same time. The acid hydrolysis is an integral part of extractions according to Weibull-Stoldt and is required in a number of AOAC Official Methods to determine fat in processed food like cheese, seafood, dressings, meat, etc.
Powerful homogenization – Mixer B-400
The Mixer B-400 is the instrument for sample preparation in the analytical QC laboratory. Organic material - food, feed, leaves, meat, sausages, vegetable, fruit, slurries, suspensions, candies, etc., frozen or fresh - is homogenized and mixed within seconds. Problems you have encountered with samples containing a high amount of water, fiber and/or fat will no longer exist.
