Good reasons to choose the NIRMaster

 The NIRMaster

  • is a robust system to be placed at incoming goods inspection or at-line in production areas.

  • is developed for difficult dusty or wet environment.

  • is water proof or tight, depending on customer needs, eg. when cleaning the production area with a water hose.

  • provides pre-installed applications, ready to use for food, feed, dairy, meat and bakery industries.

Good reasons for applying FT-NIR spectroscopy

For years, FT-NIR spectroscopy has proven to be the ideal tool for routine checks in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries as well as in food and feed processing plants. Hundreds of applications have already been successfully solved using NIRSolutions.

Advantages of NIR spectroscopy over traditional wet chemistry

  • Versatile - simultaneous measurement of several parameters

  • Fast - measurement results obtained within seconds

  • Easy - extremely user-friendly routine

  • Economical - reduces operating expenses

  • Environmentally beneficial - no chemical waste

  • Safe - no chemical reactions

  • Efficient - more analyses from a batch per time unit

Advantages of FT-NIR technology over traditional NIR instruments

  • Information content - Classical devices operate with just a few selected wavelengths. The NIRMaster, on the other hand, covers a spectral range from 1000 to 2500 nm, with optimal resolution for your samples.

  • Fast - All frequencies are measured simultaneously and strike the detector at the same moment. The advantage: high optical throughput, improved signal-to-noise ratio.

  • High precision and reproducibility - Wavelength accuracy is guaranteed by using a HeNe laser signal. This ensures calibration transfer between instruments without standardization.

  • Unlimited range of applications - A wide variety of samples and parameters can be checked with the same instrument.
