Encapsulator B-390 / B-395 Pro

Your successful start in microencapsulation!


BUCHI’s latest products – Encapsulator  B-390 and B-395 Pro  – are new systems for the immobilization of enzymes, drugs, flavours & fragrances, vitamins, oils, cells or microbes into a wide range of polymers.

Uniform capsules and beads are produced with the technology. The bead diameter is pre-selectable in the range of 0.15 mm to 2 mm with a spherical shape and narrow standard deviation and a productivity of up to 6'000 beads per second.

Encapsulator B-390

Microencapsulation under open working conditions with integrated nozzle heating and liquid pumping by air pressure.

     

Encapsulator B-395 Pro

Bioencapsulation of cells and microbes under sterile working conditinos in  a reaction vessel and pumping by integrated syringe pump or air pressure.
